Terms & Conditions

Welcome! By placing an order with The Sweetest Choice, you agree to the following terms:

•Orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance (depending on the product).

•Orders are only confirmed once full payment (or deposit, if applicable) has been received.

•Last-minute orders may be accepted at my discretion but could incur a rush fee (30%).

•A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking (if applicable).

•The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before collection/delivery (if applicable).

•Payments are accepted via EFT or payment link (Yoco).

•Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

•Cancellations made 30 days before collection may receive a partial refund (excluding the deposit).

•Cancellations made after this time will not be refunded, as ingredients and time have already been allocated.

•Collection times will be agreed upon when the order is placed.

•Please arrive on time — I cannot be held responsible for late collections.

•Delivery may be available at an additional charge – fee is subject to distance.

•While I take care in baking, my kitchen is a home kitchen and may contain traces of nuts, gluten, dairy, or other allergens.

•It is the customer’s responsibility to inform me of any allergies. The Sweetest Choice will not be held liable for any allergic reactions.

•I will do my best to match colors and designs as requested, but slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of my work.

•By placing an order, you agree to my style and creative discretion.

•Cakes, cupcakes, and macarons should be stored in a cool, dry place and consumed within 7 days.

•Once collected/delivered, The Sweetest Choice is not responsible for damage due to mishandling or incorrect storage.

•I reserve the right to photograph your order for promotional purposes.

•If you’d prefer your order not be shared until after your event, please let me know.
